December is World AIDS Month: We have built a tree on a bulletin board with three sets of leaves at the top of the T. The three branches represent separate things:
  1. Orange leaves are for the first names of those we know who are HIV positive.
  2. Red leaves are for the first names of those we know who have died of AIDS.
  3. Magenta or fuschia leaves are for our names if we support AIDS/HIV education.
Students: ask your teachers for a leaf so you can  place your names or the name of someone they know on the appropriate branch.

Reminder: School door alarms are on. Please exit through the 3rd floor main exit (unless you have 8th period or 2:30 dismissal; after the door is closed again at the end of the day the alarm is back on!).
