Ms. Jackman
Ms. Jackman attended SUNY Brockport for her undergraduate career where she played field hockey and recieved a degree in school and community health education. She has been teaching health in the Bronx for 9 years, and has worked at Bronx Lab School and Christopher Columbus high school in addition to Marie Curie. This is her first year at Marie Curie and looks forward to collaborating with the Morris Heights school based health center. She earned her Masters degree in health ed. here in the Bronx at Lehman college. Ms. Jackman is a huge METS/JETS fan!

Mr. Monteverde
Born in Dayton, Ohio and raised in Manteca, California, Mr. Monteverde’s education started off by obtaining his bachelor's degree at University of New Haven. Then he got his masters degree at SUNY New Paltz. Not counting his days as a substitute teacher, prior to Marie Curie High school, he worked in Valley Central School District in Montgomery, New York. In 2010 he started working in Marie Curie High school. In the summertime he teaches Chemistry in Lehman college and also teaches summer school. In his free time he enjoys collecting comic books and snowboarding. He has a wife named Jennifer, a son named Max and a dog named Bobby. Additionally, Mr. Monteverde loves reading science and historical fiction.

  

Mr. Vincent
Mr. Vincent grew up in Harlem, New York and later moved to the Bronx. Mr. Vincent has been working in Marie Curie High School since February 2016. He attended Mercy College where he earned his Undergraduate Degree and Manhattanville College where he earned his Graduate Degree. He loves the opportunity he has been given to help young students develop their minds and their character. He enjoys interacting with the students in his class and he tends to connect his lessons with real life scenarios which is proven to give his student a better understanding of what he is teaching. During his summer he engaged in recreational activities including running and basketball. He hopes to teach Living Environment in Summer School in the future. He claims to have learned the crossover from watching Rifat play basketball. One of his main concerns is the well being of the students and how they are preparing for life after high school. He is a fan of the Knicks, Jets, Mets, and Patriots. His favorite sport is boxing and loves boxing history. His personal inspiration is Muhammad Ali. Mr. Vincent is man of many hobbies and interests but his main concern is the well being and safety of the students.
